Don’t you just love the play on words? This past year I started to listen to more and more audio books. Romances of course being among them.
My first time aurally was an erotica romance and whew dang was it hot. Really hot.
Scorching, make you blush even when nobody else is around, hot.

Why are romantic audio books sexy?
The psychology of this is probably more detailed and complicated, but here’s what I think makes audio books sexy:
- Sensually rich description. Let your imagination soar and possibly even put yourself in the heroine's
shoesposition. - Voyeurism is juicy. Audio books are a safe way to indulge in a little eavesdropping. You can’t be caught by the participants which makes the experience freeing and fun.
- Seduction by voice. Narrators are fabulous voice actors. A good one will be able to seduce you with breathy sighs, quiet moans, and whispered words.
- It’s stimulating! Audio books change how you come to a book. They give your eyes a rest, using another sense as your primary way of engaging with the story.
- Enhances erotic connection. Listening by yourself or with a partner greatly increases sexual interaction and pleasure.

It was pretty good wasn’t it? lol
I lurrrrrrrrrrrrrrrve romance on audio! I have the luxury of being able to listen while I work. It does take the sting out of 8 hours of mindless monkey tasks. Since discovering Audible, I’m like a (fill in your own similie) or is that metaphor? You get my drift… Listen on you Aural audio afficionados.
