10 Cool Things We Learned from This Clip:

It’s a war. A full scale war! Look at the hottie that is Xavier Samuel. Riley never sounded or looked so good.
Bryce Dallas Howard knows her Victoria! What was once a hunt has turned into vengeance. Will Bella and Edward escape unscathed?
Lots of new faces. Specifically Jodelle Ferland as Bree. She is so cute!
Elizabeth Reaser (Esme) and Peter Facinelli (Carlisle) sum up the supernatural interaction and cooperation that must take place in the Forks community. Kill some vamps but not all.
Kristen Stewart hits the nail on the head: Bella is in love with her best friend, but not as much as her true love.
Eclipse is promised to be darker and more intense, one of the reasons David Slade was hired because his background is traditionally darker and more intense than the first two Twilight Sage films.
There will be a lot of special effects with ropes, green screens, and technical stuff I can’t even name. So cool!
Boys will be excited for Eclipse – more action!
Girls will love it (duh!) because there’s more romance!
I love Alice’s new wig! Actually I love all the hair and costumes I’ve seen so far in the video. A definite improvement over New Moon’s hair and wardrobe.

I can't wait! Is it June 30th yet?

An extra 1:23 to squee over. (I see the meadow - I see the meadow!)

That was fast - somehow I thought the 10 second Eclipse preview was all we were going to get for a while unless you went and saw Remember Me in theaters.

Is it me or were all of Jacob's lines delivered in the same tone for the trailer? Weird. Perhaps it's me being bias again. I wouldn't be surprised. I can't wait for Jacob to get smacked upside the head. Seriously, it's one of the scenes I'm most looking forward to in the movie.

Did you see Edward's eyes when Jacob says, "You have to consider the idea that I might be better than her?" Aw... I want to hug him. You know he's thinking, "Yes, I have." Poor Edward. Luckily he's not stupid and learns from his mistakes in New Moon.

Volturi and Jane - woot! Fun to see them compared to Victoria - dark cloaks versus flaming red hair. Victoria by the way for those who don't know is now being played by Bryce Dallas Howard instead of Rachelle Lefevre. I don't know the reason for this switch however. Does anyone know? I found a little something about the controversy. How did I miss this? It seems like it should have been really big news, but it went right over my head. Hopefully Bryce is good in the part.

Who's going to have a party? I totally am (even if it's a party of one lol I'm going to have to find someone to drag to the theaters with me on opening night). Here are some ideas to check out for games, snacks, prizes, decorations, and more:

Gut reaction: gah!

I want more than 10 seconds! Where's the bonus 20%? I could use 2 more seconds.

Give me Robert Pattinson. Seriously, that boy is sex on a stick. As I said on Twitter who ever delivers him to my door for Christmas will have my eternal gratitude.

Kristen Stewart looked very Bella-esque. That makes me happy. I hate scenes where her makeup and clothes make her look more like herself and less like the character.

Also Taylor Lautner delivered his line with excellence. I still think the line is a bit creepy (in context... it could be romantic in other situations) and shows that his love isn't going to follow Bella if she isn't human. It'd be like Edward saying, "I'm going to fight for you until you turn furry." I don't think he'd say that, do you?

Go Team Edward! (I know there are some Team Jacob fans out there in Romancelandia but I just don't get it.)

I can't wait for June 30, 2010. Can you? I'm so going to be in the theaters at the midnight showing opening day. Anybody planning to party while in line for Eclipse? You know you'll be there at least 3 hours early to get the best seats and possibly longer depending on where you live.

What do you look forward to the most? I want to see the tent scene and the end scene in the meadow and Bella breaking her hand on Jacob's face and Edward's subsequent growlies. Swoon. Am I a nerd or what?

At Accomplice Press we realize that the word "romance" means different things to different people so Curvalicious will have two distinct categories based on the relationship's heat level. Curvalicious Sweet is romance with sweet or sensual love scenes, but no explicit language or sex. Curvalicious Spicy is erotic romance containing explicit language and sex scenes. The first book released in this series is a spicy but touching romance called A reason to Stay by Delinda Jasper. The heroine Ellie is ready to move far away from the home and man she loves because she doesn't feel her best friend Jake will ever feel the same way. After an amazing evening together she wonders if she's lost him forever.

In conjunction with this groundbreaking launch Accomplice Press is holding a Curvalicious writing competition. Beginning on Valentine's Day, February 14, 2010 and ending at midnight on May 14, 2010, we'll be accepting submissions in two different categories, one sweet and one spicy. On May 28, 2010 two winning entries will be announced on Accomplicepress.com, then contracted and published in e-book format by the publisher. The top three submissions of each category will also be included in the first Curvalicious print anthologies. Curvalicious contest entries must be sent to curvecontest@accomplicepress.com.
