Is it? I was too absorbed really to notice. I suppose it’s a little long. It’s 162 minutes so its 2.7 hours exactly.

Ohhh. I saw this review earlier and then promptly forgot whose review it was. I think I’m going to wait for this one to get on DVD.. It looks pretty, but I’m not in the mood for a long movie, and it looks long!

Thanks. My other friend just saw it and said they liked it despite the overt political agenda. I agree with your daughter from your own review. Suspend disbelief and have a good time.

I agree. Recently posted myself on this movie and a friend of mine told me she planned to post today. The special effects are remarkable, the love story moving, the hero myth archetypal – got everything!
