I love your image for this post, it’s so cute! I find it easier to read third person narration. I can read any POV, but every reader has their preference-what they find is simpler to understand or relate to. Third person’s my preference.

Isn’t it? I’ve been saving that image for a while. :)

I like both 1st and 3rd. Usually it breaks down into: 1st for series. 3rd for one-time novels. Though not always the case.

Some of those needed a ALL OF THE ABOVE option. :) Like the format: I read/listen in print, digital, and audio. Sometimes the same book in 2 different formats. Hmm, and the POV. I usually go for 3rd over 1st except in Diana Gabaldon’s world. One of those things. And I do agree, that picture is great!

Hehe I deliberately left out an All of the Above option to force everyone to choose one in particular. :) I’m mean like that. lol

I’m most curious about the voter on the last question that picked:

“Never. I read book blogs for everything, but reviews.”

What do you read on book blogs and what do you hope to see more of/less of on them?

Not me! I read blogs for reviews, for information on authors I like or might someday like, for chat amongst authors, for pretty much anything. I even subscribe to the Blog of Unnecessary Quotations cause it’s funny. Scary, but funny.

Not me! I read the blogs so I can add books to my TBR/TBB list, and I review so others can add to theirs. (LOL)
I had a hard time choosing between print & digital. Kindle vs. print extremely difficult choice, ultimately I chose print. I can leave it in the car without worrying someone will steal it. Although, if it’s an Isabel Roman, Tracy Cooper-Posey, Devyn Quinn, Carolyn Brown, Sherrilyn Kenyon, Ciar Cullen, Terry Spear, Moira Rogers, Monica Burns, Emma Holly, N.J. Walters book maybe I shouldn’t leave it in the car. Those would tempt anyone! *eg* My apologies if I left any of my other favs out, but Keira does need her space on LRP.

I didn’t think it was you two, lol :D Blog of Unnecessary Quotations? There’s a blog for that? Link me on twitter asap!

Oh and Susan take all the space you need, grin. ;)

I see you found the Blog of Unnecessary Quotations! Isn’t it too funny? I follow it, and they update several times a day. It’s great for a laugh, and a sad sad commetary on the world.

Aww, and thanks, Susan! You’re too kind. :) Course I agree with most of your list, and must now discover the rest of that list!

It seems I’m late to this party. :o (

The picture is cute, however, most books keep me up instead of putting me to sleep! LOL

It’s best to read multiple reviews before buying a book and that’s what I like about book blogs. If several reviewers give positive ratings there’s a good chance you’ll enjoy the book. Plus, with how the economy is do you really want to spend lots of money on a book you might stop reading?
