Nirvana is a genie in training but she’s having a slight problem. Peter Harrison is her current master. And it appears that he’s having problems of his own. And then our story really begins.

Vana meets Peter’s great-grandson, Zane Harrison. I grew up watching the TV show “I Dream of Jeannie”. I can imagine a sexy blond, looking like Barbara Eden, playing the part of Vana. But you would have to get someone a whole lot sexier than Larry Hagman to play Zane’s part. I just can’t picture Larry with a six pack. Then we have a bird named Merlin. When he speaks the voice I hear is Gilbert Gottfried, the bird from Disney’s “Aladdin”.

Vana has real trouble with magic which may explain why she is still in training after so many years. But it’s interesting that when Zane comes into her life, things start to click into place. The heat they create together is almost combustible. And once they kiss… - I’m not going to spoil things for you. You need to buy a copy to find out. If you have purchased Judi’s other genie books, you will certainly love this one as well.

What I love about Judi is that she could make each of her genie books the same but each couple is totally different. It’s what makes each book unique – each book stands alone. We make assumptions on how a genie is supposed to access their powers. Me – I prefer how Vana does it.

Judi also gives us a little mystery – what’s up with Gary? Judi also has the house in a quaint little town. It makes me think of some towns that you might find in Vermont or Maine - a place that you’d like to visit and see if there are any legends that need to be investigated.

As I’m reading this latest book of Judi’s, I’m either laughing or smiling as I read each page. But then I feel disappointed because the book is over. I guess that I’ll just have to wait and see what she has in store for her readers next.
